What is Your Cancellation Policy?

100% refund until 14 days prior to check-in. 50% percent refund 7 days prior, then 6 days prior the reservation is no longer refundable.
Note: All refund calculations exclude the RoverPass service fees and credit card processing, which are non-refundable.

Upon arrival, please proceed to the Bear Ridge Boutique. Our wonderful staff will show you where you site is and give you access into the park. Late check-in is available with prior notice and estimated arrival time. Please email info@bearridgecamp.ca if you anticipate arriving after 8pm.

Rates and Maximum Occupancy
Rates are based on 2 adults and 2 minor dependents. Please note the maximum number of persons per site or RV is 6, with a maximum of 4 adults. Extra fees apply for more than 2 adults and 2 children per reservation. This applies to overnight sites, cabins and cottages. $10/night per adult, $2/night per minor dependent

Check-in between 2pm-8pm (call ahead if you're going to be later than 8pm); Check-out 11am

Liability Insurance
Liability insurance on the RV site is the RV owner's responsibility.
Insurance Policies
Insurance policies are the responsibility of the trailer owner and should cover the whole year for protection against damage to trailers during the off-season and when the park is open.
Chainsaws
No chainsaws allowed in park (no cutting down trees).
Swimming Areas
No diving or horseplay in the pool. There is no lifeguard on duty at the beach or the pool so it is the responsibility of the adult to monitor minors that accompany them at all times. 2026 season: pool will be open May 15-Oct 5.
Children
Children must be accompanied by an adult to the beach. No Lifeguard in the swimming area
Pets
Owners must clean up after their pets and keep them on a leash while in the park
GARBAGE
Garbage and recyling is located at the exit gate of the park.
Recreational Vehicles
Recreational vehicles are left on property at owner's own risk.
Firearms
Firearms, air guns, slingshots and fireworks are strictly forbidden in park.
Behavior Rules
Excessive drinking or profane language will not be tolerated.
Cleaning
Keep your site neat & tidy. Empty bottles, cases, etc. out of site. Garbage in clear bags

Please respect everyone around you. Quiet time at Bear Ridge is 11:00 pm - 8:00 am
